Physical Differences

When a man and a woman have a conversation, both may be walking away with a totally different perception of what was said or accomplished in the conversation!  Neither one is less functional than the other, the male and female ways of thinking are just different!

"While it's not completely clear how the structural differences in male and female brains affect their function, scientists theorize that the most likely impact is upon the way men and women process information."

The male brain is in fact about 10 percent larger than the female brain and contain 4 percent more cells.
Now males don't go claiming yourselves better than females because a female brain has more nerve cells and cellular connections. In essence, the female's smaller, more compact brain, is more efficient for it's size!

Reasons For Reasoning

RING THE ALARM!
Have you ever wondered why your boyfriend, brother, or dad gets so defensive over you, or somthing he cares about? This is because his amygdala is larger than that of a female brain! What is the amygdala? This is the part of the brain where fear, danger, threat, and caution are processed.

The Daddy Effect
When their child is born, some men seem as if they were born to simply be a father. The truth is, males recieve their ability to be a father figure from females! And thats a fact! A pregnant mother emits pheromones which stimulate the male brain. As the male brain is stimulated, a chemical called prolactin is multiplied, making the male "daddy", act like a "daddy".  As he begins this change in his body, the amoun of testosterone he produces, decreases.

Pheromone:
A pheromone (from Greek φέρω phero "to bear" + hormone from Greek ὁρμή - "impetus") is a secreted or excreted chemical factor that triggers a social response in members of the same species.
Prolactin:
gonadotropic hormone secreted by the anterior pituitary; in females it stimulates growth of the mammary glands and lactation after parturition
